Immulab (and its former entities) has been engaged in the manufacture and provision of blood banking reagents and solutions to Australia since the 1930’s. We specialise in the production of Australian manufactured Reagent Red Blood Cells (RRBCs), monoclonal blood grouping reagents and ancillary products. Immulab holds numerous contracts for large-scale supply of our range of liquid red cells, antisera and supplementary products with laboratories domestically and internationally. Transfusion laboratories globally benefit from our commitment to developing innovative and improved diagnostic reagents. In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)

Immulab develops and manufactures In-Vitro Diagnostics reagents used for blood grouping and antibody screening to ensure compatible blood for transfusion. Blood Bank Automation

Immulab partners with Immucor to supply world leading Blood Bank Automation throughout Australia and New Zealand.  The Immucor transfusion portfolio of products includes Automated Analysers, Reagents and Molecular solutions to compliment the Immulab range to transform and optimise workflow in the laboratory and improve patient safety.

Company History

Immulab was formed following the acquisition of Seqirus IH department by Paragon Care. Paragon Care is an ASX listed Australian company that specialises in diagnostics, acute, primary and aged healthcare. The heritage, expertise and over 80 years of experience in the manufacture of IVD’s has transferred through to the new entity - Immulab.
