Acquisition of Surgical Specialties

Paragon Care is pleased to announce an agreement to acquire Surgical Specialties Group, an independent distributor of innovative surgical medical devices in the Orthopaedic, Pain Management and Infection Prevention sector.

Established in 2006, Surgical Specialties now has a national footprint throughout Australia and New Zealand with sales offices and warehouses in multiple cities.

Commenting on the acquisition, Paragon’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Andrew Just said:
